LEGO 4002018 – 40 Years LEGO Minifigure (Employee Exclusive) 2018
38 x 26 x 9 cm
A large brick-built Santa, sleigh and reindeer give this 1,085-piece employee gift its festive appearance, but the presents carry the anniversary story. Hidden inside are 3 minifigures revisiting classic LEGO characters: a Blacktron astronaut, a pirate and a doctor.
Created to celebrate 40 years since the modern minifigure’s introduction in 1978, the set turns Christmas gift-giving into a tribute to generations of LEGO play. Its original employee distribution and now-retired status add interest for collectors of company exclusives and vintage character designs. This example also includes the accompanying letter, preserving an additional part of its employee-gift history.
New and sealed, with accompanying letter. May show minor signs of shelf wear.
