Commode demi-lune lastronata e intarsiata in palissandro, bois de rose e legni di varie essenze a bouquet floreali entro riserve circolari e graticci entro filettature, fronte ad un cassetto e doppia antina laterale, alte gambe rastremate, fregi e piedini in bronzo dorato, piano in marmo. Recante tracce di stampigliatura dell'ebanista e "JME" (Jurande des Menuisiers Ebénistes) sul montante anteriore sinistro. Francia, secolo XVIII. Etichetta cartacea d'inventario applicata sul fondo con "K.K" coronate e "N.2" (cm 96x83x44) (difetti e restauri)

Demi-lune commode, 18th century France. Veneered and inlaid in rosewood, bois de rose, and various woods with floral bouquets within circular reserves and trellis panels. Front with one drawer and two side doors, tapered tall legs, gilt bronze mounts and feet, marble top. Traces of the cabinetmaker’s stamp and “JME” (Jurande des Menuisiers-Ébénistes) on the front left stile. Paper inventory label on the bottom with crowned “K.K” and “N.2”.
