The sea animal faces right, and is depicted above the waves of the sea. Its back is arched, the body covered with scales, the tail with three endings. Interesting stylistic rendering, typically from the Renaissance production. Carving made with skill respect the small size of the stone. Attractive intense color. Slightly cabochon back.
