Prodotta in edizione limitata nel 1994, per celebrare i quarant'anni del sistema Leica M. 1640 esemplari che miscelano le caratteristiche della progenitrice M3 del 1954 e l'evoluzione finale della serie M, ovvero la M6. Sulla calotta è inciso il numero speciale che è formato da due combinazioni: un anno, compreso tra il 1954 e il 1994, e il numero dedicato dell'apparecchio, da 1 a 40. Infatti sono presenti 40 apparecchi per i 40 anni della serie M. Perfetta con scatola, contro scatola e tutta la dotazione originale.
Produced in a limited edition of 1640 copies in 1994 to celebrate the forty years of the Leica M system, mix the characteristics of the M3 of 1954 with the final evolution of the M series, or the M6. On the cap, there is a special number formed by two combinations: year between 1954 and 1994, and the number of the appliance, from 1 to 40. Indeed there are 40 appliances stood for the 40 years of the M series. This one is perfect, with an outer box, presentation box, and with all the original equipment.
