Pelipper #21, EX Deoxys [ENG] 2005
Illustrated by artist Tomokazu Komiya, this Water-type card from the 2005 EX Deoxys expansion showcases his signature expressionist, naive art style. Defined by textured brushstrokes, distorted forms, and a vibrant, almost impressionistic palette—complete with a swirling starry sky reminiscent of classic fine art—the artwork gives Pelipper a whimsical, distinct personality highly prized by TCG art connoisseurs. Encased in a protective AiGrading rigid anti-impact slab, this specimen achieves a premier 9 Mint overall grade, backed by top-tier sub-grades including a perfect 10 for front borders, a 9.5 across overall surface, front surface, back surface, and all corner parameters (overall, front, back), alongside 9 ratings for overall borders and back centering. A standout vintage rare offering captivating painterly appeal and enduring investment potential.
