Distesi su una terrazza al chiaro di luna, i due interrompono il loro incontro all’apparizione di un serpente. L’uomo impugna il suo arco, mentre la donna brandisce una sciabola per respingere l’animale. Un cane è raffigurato in primo piano accanto al rettile.
