Base quadrata in marmo rosso con placche in bronzo di cui tre raffiguranti bambini intenti al gioco e una con dedica "A Mon Neveu/GEORGES PEETERS, Mayor d'Artillerie/ Directeur de l'Arsenal de Construction/ANVERS, 31 Decembre 1889/V.N.", piedini in bronzo a rocaille (h tot cm 42) (difetti e rotture)
