Gryphon series. Mint: Rome (Crawford); uncertain mint in southern Spain (Gades?) (Debernardi). Helmeted head of Roma r.; behind, X (mark of value); Rv. Dioscuri r.; below, gryphon; in linear frame, ROMA. Crawford 182/1; Debernardi B111. Flan crack at 1 o'clock on the obverse, otherwise good very fine.
