- for previous customers only: non-transferable bank cheque or cashier’s check in favour of Bertolami Fine Art S.r.o. (please note that, in case of payment by foreign cheque, 10 € will be added to the invoice amount).


Please note: invoices paid by cheque, cash or bank transfer are exempt from the 3.5% of administration fees.

Payment of purchased items must be made within 7 days from receipt of the invoice. If the invoice hasn’t been paid within 30 days following adjudication, will be charged a penalty of 1%/month on the amount of the unpaid invoice.

a. Attendance in the auction room

Unacquainted customers who have not already registered must provide a valid identity document.


b. Telephone bidding

You can place your bids during the auction by telephone, with the assistance of one of our operators. In order to take part in the telephone bidding, you must make a reservation by 10:00 am CEST of 27 March 2025, specifying the lots you wish to bid for and your telephone number. Customers who have booked this way will be called at the number they have indicated a few lots before those for which they have expressed interest.

A telephone bid reservation has the value of a written absentee bid at the starting price as indicated in the catalogue.
