  • Studiopepe
    Lotto 133

Studiopepe, Family of coffee and side tables made from marble scraps. The reflection on randomness and the concept of full and empty are at the origin of this project. 'Ritagliare' (i.e. cropping, in Italian) implies the concept of emptiness. In fact, it is possible to have a positive experience of emptiness through artistic forms which, instead of "representing" an object, "present" the void between things: what identifies and characterizes them. The randomness, the aesthetics of chance and the Dadaist "ready-made" are the other elements investigated in this project. The refusal of rationality in Dadaism is obviously provocative and is used as a pretext to break down the conventions around art and - in this case - design. Precious materials that would be destined for disposal are combined with poor mate- rials that become noble. -- Shipped from Italy Item liable to VAT Largh. 40 - Prof. 50 - Alt. 47 cm 2021

  • Tellurico
    Lotto 134

Tellurico, There is a strong relationship between the industrialisation and massive dis- tribution of the domestic object, the progressive dehumanisation and loss of character to which they are being sub- jected. In them, we admire values that have nothing to do with the percep- tion and use of the object in question, such as logistical capacity, efficiency in their production processes, or the high turnover with which they provide their distributors. In 2019 Tellurico was invited by Galeria 6mas1 to design and produce a func- tional object which denied mass pro- duction rules. La Mesa is the result of this commission. -- Unique Shipped from Netherlands Item liable to VAT Largh. 85 - Prof. 115 - Alt. 45 Cm 2019

  • Tellurico
    Lotto 135

Tellurico, On the 26th of April 2021, Ursula von der Leyen and Charles Michel visited President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Turkey. Arrived at the Presidential Palace only two chairs were settled, Erdogan and Michel took them, President Von Der Leyen remains standing. After few seconds of embarrass- ment, she seated on a sofa. Would it hap- pen if Ursula was wearing a tie and suit? A chair for Ursula is a project which reacts to this event. When the unbelievable become reality irony is our only weapon. -- Unique Shipped from Netherlands Item liable to VAT Largh. 60 - Prof. 65 - Alt. 88 Cm 2021

  • Kvasbø Torbjørn
    Lotto 137

Kvasbø Torbjørn, Stack is a series of works on a monumental scale where the archetypal shape of the vessel is re-imagined in a spiral form. The vase, made up of many identical tubular elements, becomes a body, a three-dimensional torso with gestures and moods. "My process of working with clay offers a lot of resistance and reveals the forces over which I have no control - the unexpected elements of my inner being. My emotions and my feelings are physically conveyed in the artwork, and they become real expe- riences " (Torbjørn Kvasbø). Through this process of transferring mental and physical energy into the sculpture, Kvasbø keeps alive the centuries-old tradition of the artist as an alchemist. -- Unique Shipped from Italy Item liable to VAT Largh. 55 - Prof. 55 - Alt. 84 cm 2010

  • Cacciatori Ugo
    Lotto 138

Cacciatori Ugo, Born from a precise selection of the designer Ugo Cacciatori while researching new materials to state and transpose the aesthetical genius of the brand, the TEST lighting series is a new chapter of HENGE into the interpretation of the light. The generous table lamp TEST-ONE surprises since the first touch of its neck. The modern menhir take on a life of its own, expressing in full the dedicated mate- rials: the sand polished Ice Onyx becomes white as a moon, the stone turns from sculptural opalescence to bright brutalism; mysterious as a dying star when the nucleus of the Rapolano Travertine shines through its natural cavities and the open shape resulting from the peculiar undercut crafting. -- Edition of 20 Shipped from Italy Item liable to VAT Largh. 18 - Prof. 15 - Alt. 71 Cm 2021

    Lotto 139

  • Cameranesi Valentina
    Lotto 140

Cameranesi Valentina, Product Description: How soft the stone can be? The idea was to create a vase with a strong aesthetic impact, researching the use of marble in the ancient Roman churches as well as the virtuosity of the tex- tiles and in the anatomical shapes of the classical sculptures. Far from the usual contemporary approach of perfection and geometrical cleaning, the “Avalon” vases present curve and complex shapes, with a for- mal ambiguity that need the ability of a sculptor to get as a result vases where the veining and chromatic variations, typical of the stones applied, moves and spreads out. The name of the vase is Clelia and this is a special version in total white onyx. -- Unique Shipped from Italy Item liable to VAT Largh. 24 - Alt. 31 Cm 2020

  • West Will
    Lotto 141

West Will, This is a unique piece created by English artist Will West in 2019. It is made of solid Carrara marble. This piece was shown as part of the exhi- bition “Family Matter” during Milan Design Week 2019 and has never been owned. -- Unique Shipped from Italy Item liable to VAT Largh. 40 - Prof. 60 - Alt. 49 Cm 2019

  • West Will
    Lotto 142

West Will, This is a unique piece created by English artist Will West in 2015. It is made of solid Carrara marble. This piece, originating as many of other West’s works from scraps of larger marble slats, plays with the idea of coffee table, deliberately sab- otaging its function: the central part of its top is round, so it is hard to place any object on it, except on its edges. This piece was shown as part of the exhi- bition “Family Matter” during Milan Design Week 2019 and has never been owned. -- Unique Shipped from Italy Item liable to VAT Largh. 39 - Prof. 80 - Alt. 49 Cm 2015
